Job Title: Early Years Educator

Location: Horsham

Salary: £17,500+ per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 4 days (7:45 AM - 6:00 PM)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team.

Role Overview: As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and well-being of children in our care. You will work collaboratively with a team of professionals to create a stimulating environment that encourages children’s learning through play and exploration. Your role will involve planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, supporting individual needs, and promoting positive relationships with both children and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in all areas. Support children’s emotional, social, and physical well-being.Observe and assess children’s progress, recording key milestones and providing regular feedback to parents and colleagues. Build strong relationships with children, encouraging them to develop independence and confidence.Create a welcoming, stimulating, and safe environment for children to explore and learn. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of care and education is maintained. Follow all safeguarding procedures to ensure the safety of all children. Attend training and development sessions to continue your professional growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education. Experience working with children in an early years setting (desirable).A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.Knowledge of early years curriculum and safeguarding requirements.Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in meeting the needs of children.
