Mbi Staffing are pleased to be working with a Financial Services based in North West who were established in 2011 and have become one of the UK's leading mortgage and financial consultants.

About the role 

As a Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for advising clients on the best mortgage products available to suit their individual needs, providing a high level of service, and building lasting relationships. You will work with both first-time buyers and experienced homeowners, guiding them through the process of securing the best mortgage deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on suitable mortgage products based on their needs and financial situation.

Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ financial circumstances.

Provide expert guidance on the mortgage application process, from pre-approval to completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key industry partners.Stay up to date with current mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends.Achieve individual and team targets, driving personal success and business growth.

Key Requirements:

CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.

Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market and products.

Previous experience working as a Mortgage Broker, ideally within a similar role.Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional, trustworthy, and able to build rapport with clients.
