Mortgage Brokers - Essex

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Mortgage Brokers across Essex. As a Mortgage Broker, you will have the opportunity to provide expert mortgage advice, build strong client relationships, and work within a dynamic, supportive environment that offers uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients based on their unique financial situations and needs.
• Identify the best mortgage products from a range of lenders.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Meet and exceed personal and team targets, driving business growth.

Key Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker, ideally within a customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, the lending process, and the financial services market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driven, motivated, and target-oriented.
• A full UK driving license is preferred, with access to your own vehicle.
