About the Role:
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our warm and welcoming nursery in Beaconsfield, Bucks. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can develop and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Observe, assess, and record children’s development, supporting their individual needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.Work effectively as part of a team to create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent). Passion for working with children and supporting their early development.Knowledge of EYFS and child development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. A DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
