Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of your nursery room, ensuring high-quality care and education. Oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework. Support and mentor team members, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Maintain excellent relationships with children, parents, and staff, ensuring strong communication and partnership. Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies and procedures are always upheld. Monitor and track children’s development, providing regular updates to parents and leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent). Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery or early years setting ideally. Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
