Our team are lively and busy with a friendly competitiveness between colleagues! mbi Medical are based in Hertford which offers two train stations and ample parking in town.

Our social care desk is an ever-expanding team focussing on both new and existing business in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role. This is a chance to join a team, working with local authorities and independent fostering agencies.

Salary up to £50k basic dependant on experience, coupled with a highly competitive and uncapped commission structure that includes quarterly performance bonuses with the potential of 90k+ OTE . There are regular pay reviews dependant on performance, a clear career progression plus individual and team performance based “company treats”.

On a day to day basis the Recruitment Consultant will:

- Source & develop ongoing business relationships with Candidates

- Oversee pre-employment checks

- Source new clients and negotiate initial contracts

- Develop ongoing business relationships with Hiring Managers

- Fill urgent temporary cover bookings

- Working on permanent placements

- Book interviews, make arrangements, and general administration

- Negotiate ongoing candidate contracts with clients

- Complete candidate timesheets on a weekly basis


The successful Recruitment Consultant will:
