Mbi Staffing are pleased to be working with a Financial Services based in Elstree, who are on the lookout for a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker.
Role Overview:
As a self-employed Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on their mortgage needs, sourcing the most suitable products, and managing the entire mortgage application process. You will have the flexibility to manage your own time and workload while benefiting from excellent earning potential and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on suitable mortgage products based on their financial circumstances and goals.Source and recommend mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from initial consultation to final approval.Stay up to date with changes in the mortgage market and industry regulations.Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.Work independently but within a supportive and collaborative team environment.Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a mortgage broker or financial advisor.CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and the financial services industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.A proactive attitude towards business development and networking.
