Software Developer - Hertford - £35k to £60k per annum
Mbi staffing are pleased to be a working with a Techonolgical solutions company based in hertford.
Purpose of postion
Working as a member of the clients solutions delivery team to provide the clients customers with professional services around the design, implementation and support of CRM solutions, integrations and the clients Apps.
This role utilises consulting skills and business knowledge to effectively integrate technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve and exceed client expected business results.
This is a hybrid working role with up to 3 days in the office.
Key Respobilties
Sales Support
• Provide pre-sales support to the sales team, designing demos, wireframes and POC.
• Contribute to sales strategy around development capabilities and services and assist the sales team to understand and position the clients CRM services within the clients services framework.
• Ensure that reliable cost, effort and risk estimates and project plans are produced.
Relationship Management
• Facilitate open communication and discussion between stakeholders, using feedback to assess and promote understanding of need for future changes in services, products and systems.
• Maintain contact with the customer and stakeholders throughout to ensure satisfaction; capture and disseminate technical and business information.
Innovation
• Actively monitor for – and seek – opportunities, new methods and trends in IT capabilities and products to the advancement of the organisation. Clearly articulate and formally report
Programming
• Develop using Microsoft’s Azure platform. Configuration and build of App Services, Web Functions, Web Apps, Service Bus etc.
• Develop ground-up solutions ranging from small applications to complete back-office solutions.
• Take responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution; identifies, evaluates and recommends options, implementing if required.
• Maintain solution ownership and the consulting relationship through solution delivery and beyond.
• Seek to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of client personnel, by ensuring that proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited.
• Lead the design, build, test and deployment for technology solutions.
• Provide hands on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role.
• Write development specifications and interfaces with customers to test modifications and resolve issues that arise.
Technical Support
• Work with the the client's Technical Team to provide exceptional technical support for our customers.
What expeirnce you need?
Server Side
• Azure development skills
• Extensive experience of developing API integrations
• Solid experience of .NET Framework including ASP.NET and C# to produce clean scalable code
• Wide range of writing Web Services (ASP.NET API)
Client Side
• Experience in developing Angular applications
• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Competent in HTML5 & CSS
• Strong UI skills
• Strong foundation of SOLID principles
Desirable Skills
• Experience of SQL Server including TSQL, SQL programming and SQL databases
• Knowledge continuous integrations and continuous deployments
Person Specification
• Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Passionate about embracing and learning new technologies and keeping up with the ever-changing IT industry. Able to learn both via online eLearning and classroom-based training during working hours and personal time.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers. Places emphasis on client satisfaction.

• Min. 2 years’ commercial experience.
